The metal dental tools with this kit are not sharp. Sharp tools matter to be useful in removing tartar. The mirror fogs easily and is very small. This kit does work but don't get in any hurry while using this device as it's a very time consuming task. Also it would be more helpful if the head was equipped with a 360 turn head to get to the back teeth easier. But still It does work - it's a nice color - it holds charge well - and did come with all the items listed.
