Solid feel, arrived 1 week from order date. I would give the stitching a 4/5 but overall cost, qualit of hat, speed of shipping I give it 5 stars.Note that I left out spaces for the text on the bottom because you can only fit 16 characters per line so they made it exactly as I ordered it.

Sadly the text was badly off-center. Hat quality appeared good but terrible embroidery work. Returned for refund. I later went back to attempt a second order. The program that aligns the text on the center of the cap is flawed. For some wording, spaces must be added to manually get the text centered. Look VERY CAREFULLY at the center seam on the cap and how your text aligns to that. There is no quality control person that will center your text if the program mis-aligns it like it did mine.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the custom embroidery. I even included some Japanese Kanji characters, and they came out perfectly fine. Some of the other reviewers on here complained of issues with the embroidery, but I've got none whatsoever. The hat does have a velcro closure which is fine (easier to adjust to just the right size than snaps), though I'd prefer a buckle closure because they don't get clogged with pet hair or lint and are easier to clean. The hat also arrived quickly compared to the other options on here for custom baseball caps.

This is a fantastic cap! Very sturdy Crown and Panels. I'm amazed at how well the embroidery turned out.Plus, it only took 4 business days, plus the day of order for the cap to arrive at my doorstep. Very impressive considering Special Order Text. I consider Speedy Pros, Inc. as a reputable company. I recommend them to anybody looking for specialty embroidering. Bought two because the price was good, free shipping sealed the deal. Arrived before the promise date via USPS. Embroidery is a very high quality with a solid thread count! Washed one right out of the box, that seems to be the death of caps for me. (most shrink and are unwearable after a wash cycle.) The cap came out of the dryer as good as it went in! (maybe -2% shrinkage?) Fabric is still solid enough to hold its structure but light and breathable. I liked them enough that I ordered two more with pink embroidery for my girls.

First, I will say that the quality of construction and material for the hat itself was better than expected, and better than the average ball caps being sold on the market.However, the quality of the embroidery was below my expectations. The letters were not aligned with each other (see photo) well at all. Fortunately, this hat was being purchased as a novelty, and rather than send it back, I'll just chalk this one up to experience. If this were my company brand on the hat, it would NOT be acceptable for that purpose.

Cute custom hat, says what I wanted it to say. Unfortunately, it is kind of bent out of shape and hard to get the brim looking decent. Maybe I should try a hat shaper. As of now, despite being a cool custom hat, I have never worn it anywhere because of how badly shapen and cheap it looks.I will give a hat shaper a try and update with a better rating if I'm able to get it looking the way I was hoping when I purchased it.

Was looking for customizable ideas for gifts to use as a part of my business. Came across these hats and the first thing that I noticed was they were made in the USA. I went ahead and ordered, the product came super fast and the embroidery was top notch. Shipping speed was very noticeable as most other customizable items come from China and take quite a bit longer. SUPPORT USA MADE PRODUCTS. Will likely be ordering again.
