Works great once you get a rapid USB cord as the one that comes with it seems to be defective and only trickle charges. After replacing the USB cable though it has come in very handy. I keep one in my car so that I have a battery back up wherever I am and have recharged from about 1/2 power 4 times from one charge. Would easily get 5 stars if the USB Cable were fixed.

Invest in something that will actually work because this does not!
Horrible battery pack. It worked well for about 7 uses, now it won't hold a charge more than 25% and therefore once my phone is close to dying, this battery continues to practically let it die.

Decides when it wants to charge my devices
Cycles on and off every 1 to 5 seconds. Won't charge my phone anymore.

Quality Outer Shell
First the good - the brush aluminium outer shell is as good as it gets a tells of a quality product inside. Now the bad. The product does not seem to charge devices as well as it is advertised. To charge an Iphone6 wipes out about 75% of its charge. What is worse though, is that after a couple of cycles it refuses to charge more than 50%.My conclusion is that this is an excellent, probably US designed outer shell, with a set of very poor Chinese batteries on the inside. A waste of money.

I would be pretty upset if I had payed $60 for this device
As another reviewer stated, I do not think this is truly 18,000 mAh.It will keep my Note 4 topped off all day (12hrs) with heavy internet use, but that's it. I don't have any scientific way to give this device a proper test, however the Note 4 battery is only 3220mAh. Two of these stock batteries could last me all day as well.Just from my test I would guess this battery pack is closer to 7,000mah.I would be pretty upset if I had payed $60 for this device, but I got it on sale for $30 at androidpit.com and it seems to be worth that much to me.

Holds a charge, sort of...
I wrote a previous review but it somehow disappeared. Wonder why? Most of my KOAR/TOCCs products have been rather good but this might be the exception to the rule. It took 17 hours to charge and all I did was plug in my fully-charged iPhone 5s to see how long it would "maintain" that full charge. One would think it would keep a static level on standby mode for quite some time. 28 hours later, it has faded into oblivion, having lost it's ability to charge. Only reason it got 3 stars is because it is pretty in blue. Perhaps a different color would be from a different manufacturer run. I will try cycling it and retest it to be fair.

SLOW CHARGING.
The white cable it came with didn't charge my phone. I tried both inputs and no charge even though it said on my phone that it's charging. Switched to one of my own cables and it started charging, SLOWLY on 2.1 input. Didn't charge fast like Anker or Limeade external batteries.

Certainly not worth the $60 normal price.
I was lucky to get this at a deal for $28 but even then, I feel miffed at my purchase. The outer shell feels very high quality but it seems to have far short of 1800mAh capacity. I understand no power bank will have the full advertised capacity, but this probably is estimated at only 60% at best.As another user as mentioned, perhaps the outer shell is American made, but the internal battery cells certainly must be cheap Chinese knockoffs. This product is an absolute rip-off at the suggested price of $60 and barely worth it at $28. Only consider buying this if on a big sale.
