Not convinced at all with this GPS
I don't love it... and I would have returned it, but I was so sure from the reviews that it was going to be awesome that I threw away all the packaging and started using it! I mean, to be a 60 USD GPS, I think it is good enough... but I hate the glare in the screen and the "sun roof" that the GPS brings along is super chunky and holds on weekly! Even though it comes with the base to stick it onto the window, the attachment that goes on to the GPS is made out of cheap plastic and it is hard to install and kind of moves, even though I've tightened the screws on. And what I dislike the MOST about this GPS is that the voice that talks to you does not tell you the names of the streets you are supposed to turn on! It just says, "make a right in 60 yards." It's not like waze or google maps that says, "make a right in State Street." I used to have a Garmin GPS and I think I liked that one better. It doesn't offer you nearby parking options either... (I don't know if Garmin offers you that, but smart phone applications, like waze, do.) But the good thing is that it does bring a car adaptor plug (instead of a UBS only charger) and since our car does not have a UBS outlet, we can charge it while we use it and won't run out of battery.

The worst GPS ever sold
I don’t know why you sold me a piece of equipment that does nothing absolutely nothing I bought this because I just moved to a new town and wanted and best way to have directions to get 4 miles away. This piece of equipment would not hold a charge would not do directions it did nothing you sold me a $50 tablet that has zero ability to do anything he’s never got me anywhere I’m surprised we didn’t die in the car the way it acted Amazon never push through the refill I did that this morning Amazon never submitted my request to return it now I’m stuck with it OK fine I don’t get my money backBut I want your address so I can mail this to you because I don’t even want it in my house I don’t even want to throw it away because of the recycling fees you are horrible horrible company now give me your address so I can mail this back to you so you can do something with it and you can see how useless it is

Terrible experience
I rarely write negative reviews, however I decided to take a time to share my terrible experience with this product.First, I bought this product a year ago (last September), and it does not work anymore. Any time I turn it on and enter the address, it keeps telling me that the battery is low and shuts down, even though I connect it my car's power jack, an see a light on cord. When it worked, I had the following issues.-The screen has terrible glow, and very often it is hard to see anything on sunny day (you have to constantly lean closer to see anything (my old Garmin GPS didn't have that issue).-The software is terrible. If you deviate from the route it set for itself when you entered the address, it would not re-calculate the address, unless you restart the GPS (sometimes does but I don't get the logic when it does and when it does not). To demonstrate how terrible the software is, it keeps trying to take you to the old route, even if you are almost at your destination.-The road lanes do not show on screen (as they did on my old Garmin). It always shows a narrow line for the road with the entire map (like what you see in google maps, when you do not zoom in). The reason I bought this product is because my old Garmin started having issues, after I installed the new maps (otherwise would still be using Garmin).

Annoying
Says 90 day return but my window to return closed a month after I bought it. It's ok...but sometimes tries to send me down the wrong way on a road, has tried to send me left in a right turn only, doesn't tell you which lane to be in until it's sometimes too late to switch lanes. Tells you you're going over the speed limit when you go exactly one mph over. Too bright at night. I will try to update the map and maybe it will be better but I don't love it.

Great Product and I'm impressed esp for the price
I read the reviews before I bought things one. I've owned Garmin, NUVI, and TomTom and I have to say by far the best one I've had yet.

Get Lost
Bought this GPS for some important trips I would be taking. The package arrived and looked like it had been repackaged, including a part/piece that wasn't part of the original packaging.. But, I didn't let that stop me. I used the GPS a few times and the best it was able to do is let me know I'm going over the speed limit. As far as getting me to unfamiliar areas, forget it. Maybe that's why someone else sent it back before I got it. Needless to say, I mailed it back.

Need Seller to contact me for a refund
I would like to return this for a refund. We took an 8 day trip to Utah and on the first day it froze up and kept bringing up a message saying it didn't have enough memory space. I would appreciate your help with this. Thank you.

Avoid this product
After if finally located my initial location, it wanted to give all directions from that location. It gave improper directions for 7 of 8 places I requested (thank goodness I was able to use Google Maps) and turns were often given after intersection was passed. The one item I found which worked properly was it alerting me if I exceeded a speed limit. After my first experiences of a week I threw it in a dumpster of a roadside park.
