Easy fix for a serious back issue
Easy to use harness with velcro straps. This is a very simple product to use with detailed instructions on how to wear it and for how long. It took a couple times trying it on and looking in the mirror to get the straps routed correctly. It was relatively comfortable and the first time, I wore it for an hour and felt I had better posture then rest of the day! I was going to the chiropractor at least once a week to adjust my middle/upper back due to poor posture and since I've been wearing this back straightener I haven't felt the need to get adjusted and have had significantly less back pain.It would be nice if this harness could be worn under clothing so it could be worn while at work or while out and about. However, it is not something that needs to be worn all day so it's not a deal breaker for me. The straps are a little short for me so it makes it slightly difficult to reach when putting it on.This is a must have for anyone that sits all day or has an issue with their shoulders rolling forward and slouching. An easy fix to something that can cause serious and cascading back and spine issues. This product surprised me in a good way. I didn't think so much progress could come from wearing such a simple harness for a small part of my day. I am excited to finally start to fix a lifelong issue!

Not comfortable for small frames.
As soon as I received it I tried it on. I am small framed and had to greatly tighten the straps to find any kind of support. By doing that, it hurt under the arms and they actually started falling asleep. It was still not a tight fit and felt a modicum of support.

Uncomfortable.
Very uncomfortable in the armpits. I realize that if you need to correct your posture there will be pulling at the axilla but I wore this on the day I got it and after about 2 hrs I was unabe to tolerate it. The next day I tried to wear it but I was too sore and could not tolerate it. I felt sore to the touch like you do if bruised. I tried again today the 3rd day. Still uncomfortable.Note: When this was so uncomfortable I decided to order a similar version (Junlan) that wrapped around the chest which had a different armpit attachment point and pull. I got it tonight. I put it on about 3 hrs ago and it is wonderful. Pulls my shoulders back and because the strap under the armpit is soft, flexible and stretchy it is actually comfortable. The chest strap part is important to prevent riding up. I even dozed off wearing the replacement version watching tv. So you do not have to wear anything painful to provide posture support. Bottom line the Skywe one uncomfortable. The Junlan one very comfortable.

Comfy and definitely helps
I've tried a few different posture correctors and this is the best of all of them. It's actually comfortable to wear, which is nice. It does work wonders on keeping your shoulders back. I've taken to wearing it after working out, as when I'm tired is when I slouch more. I'd give it 5 stars, but it doesn't seem to help prevent me from shrugging my shoulders. If it had a band that went under the chest as well, then it would be perfect. If you don't fight with shoulder shrugging and just hunch, this is the perfect solution.

SLOW AND STEADY BREAK IN FOR BEST LONG TERM RESULTS
I always thought I had good posture. I was quickly informed that was not the case when I started PT for severe painful back pain. I was told to keep a rolled-up towel against the base of my spine when sitting. That went over like a lead balloon as that provided no ongoing support. So I began to search for something that would provide support throughout the day. I bought six items that said it would provide me the ongoing support. None worked until this one.A couple of hints. Always wear a shirt underneath as I first tried it without one. While the spandex is lightweight but latex is latex and when pulled tight against my sweaty skin. OUCH! Second, I recommend watching the video as to how to assemble it and tightening it up. I watched it start to finish then I watched it again only this time pausing at each step to make sure I got everything correct as not doing it right could do you harm to yourself.I would check to with the seller if it ok to use when lifting weights instead of a weight belt. Weight belts are designed to provide maximum support to the lower lumbar. Finally, the amount of break-in time. I choose to wear mine two hours on and two hours off and increasing the time on over the course of the week. This is to slowly begin to permanently regain proper posture by adjusting long-term muscle memory and proper curvature of your spine. Both need to retrain at the same time to enable you to stand and sit straight up even without the posture corrector.Should you choose to wear it all day right from the get-go be prepared for some sore muscles. Amazon sells a lot of pain relief creams. Think of it as breaking new shoes. The leather of new shoes is like the back muscles and the soles are like the spine. Both need time to adjust and a slower break-in period of time allows your body to quickly achieve your desired outcome with minimal discomfort,

it didn't work for me
i didn't like how much the back of it moved around while in use, and the length of the velcro straps was a bit much. i thought i would enjoy that it was super simple and low profile, but seems like i need something that's "bigger" to help me be more sturdy. this review is coming from someone who is hyper mobile, so something small like this honestly might NOT be the best choice, but i wanted to try.

Way too big! One size does not fit all!
One size does not fit all! This was way too large for me, it fit like a loose backpack. Since this is the 3rd posture corrector I have tried (none fit right so far), I decided to shorten the straps on this one. That made it sort-of work. However, with the straps fitting, the back part rose up too high. Waste of money!
