Did the cutting edges come to a true point or was there a flat or a gap and the point?? Was there any vibration?

I was cutting aluminum with a machine that has a very weak spindle. The “gap” or spire point is a good design yet I can’t know how the end user will apply the tool….Yes the vibration was excessive in my application of machine and materials..
