have been taking for a few days, bought 2 bottles, dont wast your money. It doesn't work. they want twenty words, how many ways can i say it.tylenol pm works a lot better

Pretty good so far!
Good product. Fall asleep just like mom rocked you and then carried you to your bed and tucked you in. Votes still undecided on the staying asleep as hubby still wakes a couple of times but seems to fall back to sleep quickly. No 'hangover' type of feelings the next day. He seems more relaxed during the day also, coincidence? Time will tell.

The full effect takes about a week to be really felt, taking 2 capsules each night. After doing so every day for a week, it will make anyone sleep like a baby.
