Sorted me out for the rest of my trip after only a couple of doses so seemed sensible to get some ordered ready for my next trip away.Basically it’s a powder you mix with water and drink as a suspension. Lightly vanilla and orange flavoured and easy enough to take.

It took a good 2 weeks of having 3 sachets a day until I saw signs of it helping (not working completely). I would recommend but it depends upon your symptoms but give it a go.
