I wore the fan while dancing. Everyone around me wanted one for themselves too. I kept nice and cool even though the AC wasn't working well in the building.

Review update April 7, 2022I have used this fan for flights and it totally solved my claustrophobia reactions. I used it for a couple of flight training sessions, then was able to continue without it. The fan works as designed. I used it for about 2 hours each time with no hint of reduced power.Initial Review Jan 15, 2022I did not buy this neck fan for the same reason most do; that being to cool off in the heat. I have claustrophobia. I'm hoping this will help.For me claustrophobia is all about the feeling that I'm not going to be able to freely breathe. Tight places with stale air develop a panic feeling in me. If I can have air blowing on my face that relieves the feeling.I see there are older neck fans with small fans pointing right at the face but they really look dorky to me.I purchased another neck fan quite similar to this one but the fins directing air were designed to blow away from the face and more on the neck and ears. I ordered this one because of the shape which drops about 30 degrees in the front. I hoped it would direct air to my face. With and adjustment it should solve my problem.I put scotch tape over 3/4 of the vent holes, leaving only the front vents uncovered. Now the air does not blow on my ears (very annoying) or neck but most of the air blows up both sides of my face.Materials and construction are fine. The fans make a little noise on the lowest setting but nothing that should disturb conversations.I will test this out and add further comments here if needed..

This personal fan works quite well. It's charged lasts a good long while and is very cooling. The negatives are that the breeze does not blow towards the back of the neck at all and that because the breeze blows up towards the ears it sounds quite loud. If noise is not an issue for you I think that wouldn't be a problem. However, it's loud enough where you can't hear somebody else talking to you. Personally, I get tired of the loudness. This is a good product, however at some point I will probably find a fan that doesn't blow into my ears.

We bought these for summertime outdoor concerts. The texas heat was unrelenting this year. This fan and lots of liquids and a light kimono soaked in water did the trick. )Come on fall!! We are over this.)Everyone who saw ours asked about them so we hope we generated some sales.

I live in the desert and it gets really hot in the summer. It’s miserable in the heat. I bought this neck fan just to try it out and see what it was like. It was a great purchase! I am so happy with it. The battery charge lasts a long time. It’s very comfortable to wear. If I have it on the low setting, I can talk to people and hear them easily. The higher settings are a little bit loud, but it really does help to circulate the air around you. Don’t hesitate to buy this, you will like it!

Works as designed but will only blow room temp air Or whatever the environmental conditions are. It does help keep my head a little cooler but works better if your head is a wet or has some moisture. It is kind of loud when running on high power and somewhat bearable on low. Longest running time I got on full charge was only 1 hour

This works great a coworker had one and I loved it this one is not the same as hers but it works great I like the different speeds
