Another epic classic!
Remember the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles arcade game Konami created? Well, it just so happened to lead to lots of other games in the series, like the NES TMNT, Turtles in Time, Tournament Fighters, etc. Well, Around those times, Konami created a Game Boy TMNT game. At first, I had no idea what the heck it would be like. Would it be a platformer like the first NES game? And then it was released.....and blew us off with awesomism.Fall of the Foot Clan is a beat 'em up, similar to the arcade games, but with the look of a sidescroller. The action is much more atraightfoward and simpler compared to other games (Most enemies die in one hit), but it's also very well-polished. The graphics and music are extremely appealing to the eye/ear. In fact, some tunes sound like they could be right at home on the Sega Genesis. Konami really knew how to rock out that Game Boy sound chip! The game may be short, as it has 5 stages (And for some reason, it has a stage select, meaning you can just go to Stage 5 to beat the game), and it may have the Turtles put on an awkward smile throughout the game, but all in all, Fall of the Foot Clan is an epic classic!

CHANGING Images & Descriptions AFTER Purchase...
I WAS in the process of returning 2 items whose images and descriptions changed after their purchase.1x Gameboy - image was LCD/LED backlit DMG-01, image after purchase RED GAMEBOY...1x TMNT Fall of Footclan - Image AND description stated it came with both the box AND the cartridge AND both of which looked relatively flawless, image AND description after purchase changed.Everything was actually not half bad, the images changed but the items didn't this was still a confusing process...

Simple Short Time Filler
Since the game came out early in the gameboy's life cycle it is no surprise at how simple the overall gameplay can be. Basically its the usual sidescrolling beat 'em up. Which is not a bad thing if maybe it had a few more levels. With only five you can easily blow through it in thirty minutes. On the positive though the game does not look bad the controls are responsive and the music is as good as you would expect from the original gameboy. Overall it is best left for fans of the material and that is who can appreciate it the most.

Instant classic.
I bought this for my game boy TMNT collection. I now have all three games. I bought this because of the nostalgia that goes with it because when I was a kid, it was always a mystery to me how a Ninja Turtle game can be played on a game boy. Yet I was stuck with the crappy LCD Tiger Electronics hand held version because it was cheaper for my father to buy. He was always a cheap skate. But now that I'm older, I own this and I'm glad I do. It goes well with my Original Game Boy.

Turtle power
Loved this game. I used to play it long time ago as a kid. If a fan of the 4 turtle brothers by all means this is a great game to buy for your kids enjoyment.

False advertising
Returned the product, got the game cartridge and that's all no box or inserts or anything else. Quite misleading not sure if this is something that happened due to demand but not happy either way.
