we've had many hot water pots, this one is tops, keeps water hot and has an auto shut off if the water runs out

We have had this hot water urn for at least two years. We have no complaints up to now, but lately it takes a lot of pumping to get the water to flow and then only slowly. We would like to have an address to write to where we can get a replacement rubber diaphragm (inner cover liner?) as mentioned in the parts pamphlet. (or a 1-800 number, fax number, whatever)
