The best pure grass seeds you can buy outside of a nursery or contractor store. Just rake the soil, mix the lawn starter, plant the seeds, and then water. It will germinate in no time.. i plan to buy alot more to seed and overseed.

After watching a few youtube videos on pregerminated seed in cheese cloth in a bucket full of water, I'm glad I tried. I feel I had a much more successful distribution of new grass in an area much quicker then just planting the seed and then watering every day. New grass could be seen after just seven days of planting. This seed might work just as well with out the extra steps I used, but I'm very happy with the results.

Pretty decent grass. Would have liked a little better germination. Lots of seeds but it seems to have had less than 50 percent germination.

grass came in thick with beautiful coverage. great seed. would (& did) buy againupdate 3/23- after waiting some more time, it's more like 1/2 coverage. not as thick as i'd hope. will look elsewhere for new seed to fill in

From spreading the seed to the first mowing took about a month. I selected the perennial sunny formula. I also used the seed starter. And the results are phenomenal. My HOA thought I had put down artificial grass. Of course that’s against the rules. I invited them to come feel for themselves. And then they had to apologize to me. This seed is beautiful and easy to use. I spread it, using my hand and letting the seeds slip through my fingers evenly across the ground. I did the same with the seed starter. I am currently the envy of my neighborhood.

Dirtiest seed I have ever come across. The area of my yard that I seeded with this stuff is now a thick nutsedge patch, requiring special weed killers. Avoid at all costs.
