I received the item on time, and everything was included in the box as expected. The device powered on without any issues and seemed to be in perfect working order right out of the package.So far, I’ve only used it twice, so it's still too early to tell whether it’s made a noticeable difference in terms of healing or pain relief. That said, one very telling sign is how my dog reacts to the treatment. During both sessions, he lays down, gets extra comfy, and looks completely relaxed—like he’s enjoying a little spa moment. That alone makes me feel like we’re on the right track!Looking forward to seeing the longer-term effects, but the initial experience has been smooth and positive.

We bought this to use on our Collie’s hind legs. At the end of a treatment, as we would take the wand away from her legs, she would bark or tap us with her front paw, until we continued with her treatment. Easy to use. Didn’t hold a charge well. But made her comfortable and that’s all that mattered.

If I could rate a zero I would. I waiting extra long to receive this particular device, charged for hours. It worked for a minute and a half, turned off and would not turn again. The buttons are made with a thin plastic and wobbly. I am assuming that one of the reasons it worked for such a short time. So disappointed it’s still being sold.

I originally bought this for my senior dog, but I use it on myself as well. My 17yo dog had received cold laser therapy treatments at the vet and I wanted a home use model. I choose this one due to the number of near infrared and infrared lasers for the price. It was great for her wound care and really helped heal her hot spots and pressure sores. As I read more about the health benefits of LLLT (low level laser light therapy), I used it on my back, shoulder and face. It definitely helped with my pain and I think it's helped tighten my face as well. I definitely recommend it, but there really isn't any "instructions" that come with it other than how to turn it on. Note that when you charge it from an off state, it will not indicate it's charging at all, the screen remains blank. If you press and hold the on button after plugging the charger in the screen will come on and indicate it's charging. What I don't like (it's minor) is that there's no tone or beep indicating when the cycle is done. There really isn't a lot of information out there on specifically how to use this type of device (ie: power level, length of time/speed/duration of passing the wand over skin/hair/fur). I watched a video by Davin Lim (dermatologist) and he passes the wand over skin rather quickly, so I started doing that instead of just resting it on the areas I wanted to treat. Overall I'm happy with my purchase, but beware of other devices that say they're near infrared and infrared. They may not be true lasers and just infrared lights and bulbs, it's not the same thing. You get what you pay for.

I am upgrading my first review because of the manufactures quick response to my complaint. Upon contacting the manufacture by email, they sent me a new laser and this time in came in a nice zip up caring case along with instructions and safety glasses. Thank you very much. I am using the laser for shingle pain. There does seem to be some benefit but time will tell. The following is my original review. This is a review of how I received their product and not how well the cold laser works as I've only tried it once. The first time the item was ordered it "got lost in the mail" (bad). I reordered and it came the next day (good). Before opening the product box I could hear the laser rattling around inside (bad). Opening the box reviled the laser and charger thrown inside an empty box with not packing (bad). There was no direction for use or the safety goggles shown in the add (double bad). I feel I got a used laser that wasn't packaged by the manufacture.

I bought this on a trial basis. My chiropractor uses a high end, expensive cold laser for pain that is really very effective on sore muscles. This is especially important for me because of my aging muscles and connective tissues. I use this for about 10 minutes on a really sore spot and most of the pain just disappears. Then, because the total work area of the unit is about four square inches, I move to another sore area. So, for the piriformis muscle, it takes 30-40 minutes of work to get results. But it works. Yes, I use cold packs and heat pads and eStims and percussion massagers. These work barely OK on my sore stuff, but the red light and cold laser works well.Complaint: since I use this on my back, I can never see if the red light is on. If there was a beep at the end of the time, or if I accidentally hit the off switch, it would be a big help. Plus, you have to hold the face of the unit directly on the skin for it to penetrate to the deep tissue. 10 minutes and more in holding in place is a challenge.

I purchased this for my Great Dane who is 12 year 10 months and 8 days old - his hips were getting worse and his feet started "flipping" and from my previous fur-babies, I know what is coming down the road......however, that didn't stop me from purchasing this and I am so very glad I did.From the first use on both hips and legs, the next morning he went from barely being able to stand to a light gate where he is not stumbling around like a drunk person. I know that my time with him is limited, but I will do whatever in my power to make him comfortable for as long as he has the want to stay here with us - his bright eyes and desire to play and chase the ball shows me he still has the want and will to be with us for a bit longer

I had so much hope for this device. When I saw It didn’t hesitate to buy it, but didn’t do anything for my pain and I was using it couple times a day every day for 3 weeks and experience no change at all with my knee pain I thought this could help me with scars tissue build up after my knee surgery.
