Missing Parts and Very Difficult to Install Even with Professional Installation
Missing Items. The first one did not work and missing stuff the second is missing screws etc and is leaking. We currently have to use a handle underneath in order to turn the water off and on. We paid a contractor to install and had to buy other parts that were not aware of. Need the missing pieces.

The body spray is great addition to bath
You better know how to do plumbing for this faucet. More expensive than I wanted it to be. Faucet is decorative part. Then you need the rough in valves. Then you need a plumber. It was not worth the money but I like it

Great faucet for tub, better if the neck swiveled
Pretty faucet installed, love the sprayer! Gave it 4 stars only bc the faucet doesn’t swivel, other then that it’s great!
