I found a recipe called "Sunshine Toast with Bacon and Tomatoes" which is basically the old egg-in-a-hole or egg-in-a-basket recipe. I searched for a sunshine cookie cutter and discovered Sweet Cookie Crumbs cutters. My Grands love eating eggs in the hole. I'm happy! Thank you!
