Flimsy band, otherwise fits as expected.
Well, I tried a 38B and it was giant. That's no surprise as I really need a 38A. But the band is pretty flimsy on this bra. It rolls up with movement and isn't a good match for the super padded cups.

Great bra!
I am a 38 almost B. Needless to say it's hard for me to find a bra with a little extra padding and push up. This bra is fantastic! Not only does it give me a full B cup appearance but it also smooths out my sides and back. I'm very pleased with this purchase!
