I do drink this while on fast works greattaste is disgusting I hate it.so I drink it fast!but it works.

I'm now on my second order. This is not the original flavor that I ordered, which tasted like it may have contained mint. I'm glad, because I like this flavor so much better! It tastes slightly of orange and some other aromatic, sweet spice. I drink this in the evening, and by morning you get relief (without being TMI). It does NOT gripe your stomach at all. When I drink this tea and eat like I have sense, it helps take care of the bloating. I hope the company that makes this tea never stops making it - it's delicious, and it works.

I understand type 2 diabetes is rare in Tibet. I read about this tea and added it to my daily regimen. It tastes OK. My numbers have improved a lot. It's a bit expensive; the price recently went from $30 to $36 for 90 bags. My only complaint is the teabags are leaky and fragile.

This tea, besides tasting good, is most helpful alleviating constipation caused by various medications. There are several flavors but I prefer the "CLASSIC". Highly recommended.
