These were moldy when they arrived. Can't g get a refund.

My first order came with the crust broken into pieces because it was delivered in a soft side package and the USPS person folded it to put in the mailbox; When I contacted customer service, they sent a new one in a box and it arrived perfectly intact and delicious to taste. I am very please with this product and because of the great customer service, will be ordering again.

When we first bought this product we were incredibly impressed with the flavor and texture of this gluten free crust. We raved about it with our friends and family. The second purchase was an incredible disappointment as all the crusts had mold on them. A little mold on an edge wouldn’t have inspired me to write about it but the entire center of two of them was molded. I have this as a subscribe and save item. I am going to keep that order for one more month in hopes that the next experience will closer resemble the first vs the second.

UPDATE: 4/2025 I loved this pizza crust because it was "shelf stable" and easy to useI had it on subscribe and save and that is why I didn't know when things went badI had 2 months worth of pizza crusts that were moldy (4 bags total)They all had the same use by dateI contacted Amazon, got a refund, and when I suggested they pull that stock they assured me it would happenI even said, "I have this on subscribe and save, I don't want any more moldy pizza crust"Alas I received and round of 2 more bags of moldy crusts-from the same lot-on Friday April 11, 2025 which was well after my report around March 20thI have cancelled my subscribe and saveI am sad that I can no longer trust this product to be good-I really did like it

At last a thin gluten free pizza crust. I have Celiac Disease so I'm always looking for good gluten free products. I tried this & like it. It's on my Subscribe & Save list every month.
