The book covers a lot of solid, well rounded techniques. It explains how and why, which gives a better picture.

Comprehensive
If you enjoy Yoga and Holistic Healthcare and Chiropractic treatment this is a great book. As a 200 level yoga teacher, most of the techniques in this book are things I know how to do. Most of the other exercises are exercises my Chiropractor has taught me. 4 stars because I didn't need the time devoted to why you should go to a chiropractor!

This teaches you basically nothing about what chiropracters actually do.
It's ok if you want some basic stretches etc. but that's about it.

Booooo!
I was looking for a book that would show me how to make small safe adjustments with techniques I could do at home like previous chiropractors have shown me. This book has none of that...just a brief history of chiropractic care and then some stretching and diet advice.
