I have short hair so the cap was way too large. I thought it would be a good idea to put oil in my air, then use the warmed cap while I read the newspaper. No luck, the cap kept slipping down over my eyes. I think it would be better for someone with longer hair that could take up all the room in the cap. It warmed up nicely and stayed warm for about 30 minutes. I also warmed up the oil before I put it on my hair.It would be nice if the cap came in two sizes.

I like this product, but it heats much faster around the edges than it does in the center of the cap. I haven't yet figured out if there's a way to remedy that.

This microwavable cap provides warmth for hair conditioning. I will be trying this with different kinds of hair masks. So far, so good! Hair that's new to treatment might take a few times to respond. I can tell a difference in a reduction of fly away hair in just the first try. Follow directions, when it says to microwave 30 seconds on one side then flip it, that gets the heat evenly distributed. Also the advice for a cool water rinse is most likely the secret to shiny hair, it seals the cuticle of the hair.

It doesn’t heat up my head at all. I feel the heat on the actually cap, but no heat towards my head. I still kept it, as it’s another way to treat my hair and it be contained.

I would loved to have a choice of size. This was larger for my head and heavy. As a result most of the cap sagged in the back. With that being said, I have to add I have thin ear length hair. It wasn’t a good deep conditioning experience. I think this would work for people with longer hair.

I like that fact that this cap can be used hot or cold. What I don’t like is that it’s a little heavy and sits on my head pushing down on my eyes. I use this cap for hot oil treatments.

I ordered this conditioning cap as a replacement and I was pleasantly surprised that it was roomy. Most of these caps I find to be too small and I have a medium circumference head.It works well, good price, nice and roomy.
