Don’t wash it
It was a big miserable mistake after I washed the pillow with their instructions. Use your good judgments.

Very comfy
I've only had this pillow for a month, and while it has lost some of its height, I still find it comfortable. I guess I'm in the category of people who like flatter pillows. Yes, a cotton pillow will never behave like a pillow filled with synthetic material. It just never will. But I'm willing to sacrifice some fluffiness for a pillow that doesn't make me break out in a rash from a synthetic allergy. Anyone who's ever had the allergic reaction will know what I mean. The best thing about this pillow is that it doesn't heat up to the temperature of the surface of the sun, like a synthetic pillow (maybe polyfill pillows just do that to me...who knows). Also, it has no smell and no off- gassing. I'm not sure how to go about cleaning it, but I hear you can put it in the dryer with tennis balls and it will re-fluff. Obviously, if you wash it, then dry it, the filling will probably shrink up, because it's cotton. Anyway, I'm happy with it, and at under 40 bucks, it is the more affordable organic cotton pillow on the market (other brands often run 70-plus dollars). Oh, also, you can easily unzip the pillow and kind of re-adjust the stuffing if you need to.

Quality pillow if you like the feel of cotton fill
Pillows are such a personal thing that they are hard to review objectively. I returned this pillow because I felt like its cotton filling did not provide enough give when laying on it. But if you like the way cotton fill feels, this pillow would be a good choice. The pillow is well constructed out of quality materials including its zippered cover which allows the user to adjust the amount of fill to taste. It comes with enough fill that no one should feel the need to add more. It is standard travel size at 16" wide. This measurement is made before fill is added so it is more like 13.5" wide when in use. This is a good size for airline/train/car travel but probably a little too small for a hotel bed.The pillow arrived quickly. As you would expect given its organic origins, it had no objectionable smell at all.

Not thrilled
I’ve been trying to replace my very comfortable, but very old pillow for quite some time, but I hadn’t found one that satisfied me. I’ve bought and returned at least a dozen pillows from Bed Bath and Beyond. This pillow is not perfect but close to what I’m looking for. I may still return it if I can’t resolve the problems below. One reason I bought this pillow was because it’s advertised as being adjustable. The zippered opening on the side of the pillow is where I’m supposedly able to remove some cotton filling to make it flatter. If the stuffing was in small wads of cotton as pictured, there would be no problem. But since the stuffing in my pillow appears to be one big roll, the opening is not wide to easily make any adjustments. They should have made the opening the full width of the pillow.Another problem is the pillow’s cover. It’s not soft and comfortable even with a pillow case. It feels like it was starched and it makes noise when I move my head. As a side sleeper, the cover’s stiffness together with the pillow’s firmness bothers my ears. Again, if the zippered opening was the full width of the pillow, I would remove the stuffing and soften the cover by washing and drying it several times.

World of Difference
I have to thank the seller for making this product. I am a paid customer and this is my honest feedback. I'm used to buying those $3 pillow from Target and replacing them every few months but recently realized that clean organic materials are important when laying down my head so I bit the bullet and bought this expensive item. I've slept like a baby for the last 3 nights after a months of bad sleep. I never thought a pillow could make such a difference and I don't know if it's a placebo effect or the peace of mind knowing that I'm not sleeping on poisonous plastics but this $60 was well worth it because I'm worth it.

Not good nor bad
Alot of mixed reviews on here about these and was a little hesitant to purchase because of it but I've learned that reviews need to be taken with a grain of salt per se. Anyways, here are the FACTS about this pillow:-Flat-Fairly firm-Lumpy (yes)-Noticed a slight chemical smell but nothing overpoweringI'm use to sleeping on synthetic fiber or memory foam pillows so switching to cotton feels TOTALLY different. Not good nor bad, just different. Cotton seems to be alot more firm than others which, fortunately, I like.

Very good adjustable and organic pillow.
Appears to be all natural materials. I’m not a chemist but I’ll choose to believe it. It is adjustable and after 2 nights I think I’ve gotten the pillow adjusted to my needs. I intentionally purchased this for the organic contents as well as adjustability.

Smells good, looks good, but ends up a bit lumpy
I'm giving this the benefit of the doubt with a four star rating. I would not buy it again, but it was organic, cotton, and did not aggravate my chemical sensitivities. All big pluses. It was super comfy the first week, but got a bit hard and lumpy after that. I like soft pillows, so that was a downside for me, but it may not be an issue for someone else.
