I am very pleased with this product. I can say it works quite well, as someone who has suffered from ADD for a long time and has taken several RX medications for it, I would definitely recommend to anyone who is seeking a “non-traditional” approach to their ADD. I really enjoyed this supplement. I have ADD and I found this really helped me cut back on my medication and stay focused in the office. I found it very effective in giving me a calm focus. I did feel like crap if I drank on it though. I took this along with a Rhodiola rosea supplement to increase to the effective dosage of Rhodiola, along with my medication. This was a real game changer. I have tried others, but none worked as well as this one did.
