Not bad for the price. It will be interesting to see how well the necklace holds up to wear. The chain is very thin and looks fragile. Thus, I assign this product only four stars. The tone of the metal looks nice, but only time will tell whether it is actually “sterling silver,” and whether it is treated to resist tarnishing. Words are clear when projected onto a wall by shining light through the stone. HOWEVER, the buyer should be aware that this method of viewing produces a reverse image (words appear backward.). Some reviewers mention that a photo can be taken by holding the “bubble” side of the stone to a Phone camera lens and the letters will appear correctly on the screen. This is difficult to do, however. Those reviewers disappointed in the “backward” projection or difficulty of using a camera to view the words may not understand that the inscription is meant to be viewed by holding the stone up to the naked eye in a well-lit space. It is easy to view the inscription this way. This, the “backward” projection is not a defect in the product. This is the way it was designed. That should probably be included in the seller’s item description.

My granddaughter and i live in different states. I have a picture of her outside in the phone talking to me because she missed me. I told her we were looking at the same moon. When i saw this, there was no question i would buy this. She is 12 now, so i know she will love it.The quality of this product is great.

I purchased this for my grandmother for Mother’s Day & it went over well. The chain wasn’t that long but we were able to put on another chain easily. I am really into science & it was a unique way to tell her how much I loved her!

Cool idea, but the words project backwards - makes it kinda weird

Great gift she loved it and it works good every time we try to see the words. Haven’t had a problem with it and she’s had it for a month now.

I had very high hopes for this item...if I may recommend, DO NOT go with the crescent moon shaped one's...its next to impossible to get a good view angle on the thing. Especially if you're adding a photo to it. My wife and I have tried every which way and it's just impossible to get to see it longer than a blink. Either it's movin way too much or your fingers are in the way it's just a hard shape to work with ir work around....I think maybe the post shaped version of this would be best suited for photo additions...im very frustrated at the moment. 4 stars for the idea and concept, but 2 stars for difficulty trying to view. This was a bust for an anniversary gift. :/
