I ordered this cute safety tool on a bit of a whim while looking for accessories for my new car. Of course, I'll admit, as a girl who loves pink, the color caught my attention first, but upon looking at it and being an independent woman who is most often alone in my car I thought having this safety tool might not be such a bad idea. It arrived in a timely manner and looks exactly like the picture. The window breaker feature seems to be good quality. My boyfriend is a police officer and he was impressed with the quality, he even assured me that if I were attacked I could use this tool and more than likely cause skull damage. I feel great knowing that I have this safety tool in my center console if I should, heaven forbid, ever need it.

Long story short, I'm still purchasing things here and there that I feel are necessities for my "new" truck. I bought the truck in Dec 2014 haha.This is one of those things, that you hope you NEVER need, but on the off change that you do, you'll be glad you spent a few dollars on it and you have it.Materials feels sturdy. I like the fact that I got the bright pink one, because if I ever do need it, it'll be easy to find!

if you have an EV or hybrid vehicle, then you probably also have electronic door handles. In a major crash or a battery failure, you might not be able to open the doors. if you have a battery fire, from thermal Runaway, or crash puncture. You can be trapped in the vehicle with the fire and the deadly fumes. having this safety hammer gives you an emergency exit through a glass window when the door will not open. without it, escape is very difficult. why? because breaking the safety glass is exceptionally hard to do and you end up trapped inside. this is something I was unaware of until purchasing a hybrid vehicle with the battery in the backseat.

I bought to put in my car if needed in an accident. Better safe than sorry.

I have not had to use this (hopefully I don’t need to) but I find this product really nifty. Has more than one purpose. Feels nice and sturdy, kinda heavy (duh). I think this would be quite handy in an emergency situation. I keep It In the side pocket on my door. I recommend

It was the perfect size for my truck visor and it stays put. I had a massive accident and was able to grab it, cut my seat belt and break out what was left of my window so the passers-by could see me moving and hear me. Get one!
