Loose and comfortable, but buy a larger size than normal
I have now bought two of these loose baggy pants, in both cases ordering a 4XL size to maximize bagginess. However, I would estimate that the pants are more like a normal European 2XL, so I recommend buying a size or two larger than you would normally go for. As the waist is elasticated and there's a draw-string, you can adjust as necessary.The pants themselves are not true harem pants, as they do not go down to the ankle, but they are very loose in the crotch, and the bottoms of the legs sit just on or slightly below the knee. There are two decent front pockets, but what appear to be hip pockets are just ornamental. Very comfortable for spring and summer wear.
