I love it. A tad expensive though.

Nice consistency. Easy to add to hot/iced coffee or tea. Would make an simple and tasty addition to smoothies, diet shakes, etc. Not overly flavourful meaning not too pungent/strong, just a hint of sweet spicyness (not particularly "cinnamon"/cassia tasting - don't look to this to add Cinnabon or Red Hot flavour). It's a very subtle taste.A note on the dosing, 2.5 droppers (the bulb only draws the tincture halfway up the tube) is 1200mg/1.2g. Clinical studies show decreased glucose levels, decreased LDL cholesterol and total cholesterol at 1, 3, and 6g doses. Even though clinical trials use cassia and not the more potent and effective Ceylon (this tincture is high quality Ceylon) I use 2.5 droppers three times a day figuring the median 3g clinical dose is probably best. At that rate the bottle goes pretty fast, so it's not the most economical supplement, but cinnamon IS effective and this product offers the BEST and EASIEST tincture to promote lower blood sugar readings, improved blood pressure and cholesterol, and anti-inflammatory benefits (yes, if you have arthritis or fibromyalgia you NEED this).I highly recommend this product, after years of horse pills and hit or miss dosing I've finally found a potent, tasty, easy to use cinnamon supplement that makes a difference.

Tried this product because it's a larger volume and I use Ceylon Cinnamon in my morning coffee. There is a hint of Cinnamon aroma but not a very strong or robust one. The liquid in the bottle looks genuinely like cinnamon powder mixed in liquid. I'm going to use up the rest of this bottle but the next order I'm going back to Cinnamon Vogue's Ceylon Oil.

Very timely delivery

This is not Ceylon but instead it is cassia. I have used Ceylon a long time and this is definitely the cassia which is not good for the kidneys. I sent mine back immediately when I tasted the difference upon the first taste. It is nothing like Ceylon. Ceylon will taste when you dip your finger in the powder exactly like a really good flavor of sweet cinnamon and definitely not the stinky or musty odor the cassia has. You will not have to use a lot of Ceylon and the smell as you scoop out of the sealed lined bag will be so good you cannot wait to drink in your coffee or baked goods. I sent mine back.

Hard to bc find the exact way to manufacture this oil is not commonly used. So this product is exactly what we were looking for and the price was reasonable.
