This stuff is great! I am doing 20/4 IF and got this to help push through the last few hours. I am opening my window at 5PM. Some days around 3 or 4PM I start to falter and cave early. This takes away that headachey ick feeling so I can make it to 5PM or even later with comfort. Also tried before a morning workout today and felt great . Usually I work out in the early evening in which case the afternoon dose is great and most days helps me push my fast even longer to true OMAD. And no adverse side effects. I assume there's some caffeine from the green tea extract so I was a little concerned since I'm sensitive to caffeine..but so far no jitters or digestive issues. That's actually why I chose this one because most other fasting supps have green coffee or something. Its pricey, so I only plan to take as needed but it really does work like a charm.

I've been looking to take Intermittent Fasting (IF) more seriously for a while now, but every time I tried in the past I would feel a bit out of wack. Hungry me is not a focused me. I thought I may be doing it wrong, so after doing some research through Google, I learned that with a Keto diet and IF, there are essential minerals and electrolytes needed for the body to perform at an optimal level.So began my search for a supplement designed to provide all the necessary elements to support my IF and Keto diet...After lots of time spent looking through Amazon and other websites (my assistant spend probably 5-6 hours just sifting through the non-sense product, as there's tons of snakeoil in the supplement space) - I came across Akimbo and their product, Fasting Fuel.I actually had seen their founder on Instagram a while back, but was unaware of this product until recently. He's a smart dude who has worked in the keto space for some years now and I recommend checking out their social account(s) to learn more about the brand while doing your due diligence (@jonno & @akimbofasting on IG)All this to say, this company understands the product they are putting into this supplement and IT WORKSI've felt great over the past week using it. I'll take 3 pills in the morning after waking up, grab myself a black coffee, and get to work.They say that after 3-4 hours, if you want to keep in ketosis, take another 3 pills and rock on.This has helped curb my appetite, increase my focus thoughout the day, and be more productive.Happy to say I've also saved money on not needing to eat breakfast or lunch, and I'm crushing my dinner meals without a feel of guilt :)All in all, I'd definitely recommend this product to anyone starting out with IF or Keto diet, and to anyone who is currently IF or keto, give it a go and see how this kicks you into ketosis even faster.Great product, happy customer - I'll be back!

I have a problem swallowing capsules so I'm not a consistent user. It smells like a health food store.. like tree bark and superfood powders. However, when I do manage to take it, I feel like it helps me complete the fast easier.

Not sure if it’s helping or not. But, I’m definitely getting more vitamins this way.

I love this product! I’ll usually take it first thing in the morning before my fasted workout and it’s made a world of difference! More energy, mental clarity and I can feel my body burning fat while I’m lifting and doing cardio. I sweat way more too. Seriously a game-changer for anyone looking to speed up their body sculpting efforts and make those long fasts more effective. I also love that it’s super low in caffeine which allows you to stack with a preworkout.

It did nothing. I typically do 18-6 fasting intervals everyday with a saffron supplement. Got this to add a boost, but it did not add any benefit. Wasted my money.

I am currently trying to shed some body fat and decided to try this product from Akimbo. I have used their pre workout as well and had a great experience so I knew I was working with a reputable brand.On this product, I definitely feel it helps me control my appetite which has always been the biggest struggle for me when entering a fat loss phase. The fact that it also includes electrolytes and other ingredients to support the body's use of fat for energy is great. Really amazing product that will help with many aspects of your fat loss journey.At less than $1/serving you are definitely getting a lot of bang for your buck!

Pills are too large, get stuck in my throat so i had to stop using them
