Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I was pretty excited about these at first, it has a lot of great features to be excited about, but they also have one flaw. First, the pros. The case holds 6000 mAh of power and duals as a power bank, allowing you to charge your phone on the go if need be. The earbuds themselves are excellent quality. I was able to chat on the phone while wearing them with good quality audio, and they stay put fairly while active. I love that these have a C cable charger, because I despise the other kinds that are out there. It allows it to charge faster and doesn’t wear out as fast as other charging cables do. The case itself is sleek and modern.As I said, the earbuds continue to be a little difficult to remove from the case, especially because of the tiered design of them. It makes it hard to pinch them and remove them, so that's the one area I think this could be improved upon. At first it wasn’t that big a deal to me, but with continued use it gets frustrating.

**UPDATE**These headphones broke after about a month. The left earbud stopped working. They sent me a new pair, and the right earbud had significant static coming through. I got a refund because I figured it wasn't worth it to keep trying. Changed review from 5 stars to 2 stars.These headphones are a great value! You get awesome wireless headphones AND an external battery. Steal of a deal!PROS*Touch Controls. The headphones have a touch button on both ear pieces. Most other wireless headphones have physical buttons, which force you to dig the headphone into your ear to press the button. These touch controls are nice because you just lightly touch the earpiece and it registers the press.*External Battery. Now you don't need to bring your headphones AND a battery when you go on a trip. 6000mAh isn't huge, but it's enough to get you out of a bind if your phone runs out of power. And the indicator that says how much power is left is a nice touch!*Sound quality. It's not mind blowing, but definitely great for the price. No complaints there.CONS*The headphones are a little difficult to get out from the case. They just fit so snug and there's not much to grip to pull them out. I usually end up just turning the case upside down and hitting it against my hand to pop them out. A small complaint - not enough to lower the rating.

The GRDE T9TWS (18114) Bluetooth earbuds has a pleasant female voice that is easy to understand. They fit very nicely in my ears. Taking them out of their charging station turns the earbuds on. They are somewhat frustrating to use. The buds are operated by ‘TAP’ing. I found it impossible to insert the earbuds in my ear without pushing on the Multi Function Button (MFB). This button can be used to paly/pause, power on/off, answer/end call, reject call, volume up (TAP Right unit), Volume down (TAP left unit) and so on. Putting the earbuds in the ear caused me to ‘TAP’ the earbud.DO NOT LOSE THE CARD WITH THE ‘TAP’ INSTRUCTIONS. There are only nine ‘TAP’s, but if you don’t use the earbuds a lot, operating the earbuds might be a lot harder without the instructions.I only use these to listen to TV. I haven’t used them with my phone and I haven’t exercised with them on. If you have your cell phone in your pocket, turn off the cellphone Bluetooth before trying to pair the earbuds with your TV. Try to be within 3 feet of the device you are pairing the earbuds with.

Ok. These are nice. They sound great, look sleek, and have a great battery. But they hurt my ears so bad. I have small ears. And these things are big. So when I push then into my ears initially it is fine, but after about 10 minutes my ears really start to hurt from being stretched. I never even thought about that being a problem. I will still use these, but sadly I have to remove them every 10 minutes, and let my ears throb for a moment befor putting them back in. Would be great if they could create a smaller design.

These earbuds would be perfect...... If they were smaller. Having them in your ear makes it feel like there is a lot of pressure built up in the canal. Shortening the depth that goes into the canal, decreasing the earbuds size, and adding maybe a mechanism that holds it in your ear rather then use the pressure of pushing them in hard would remedy this in my opinion. Sound is great with extra bass but I would increase the treble to match and give it that dynamic sound for the next version, if one is planned. Battery life is highest I've seen so far with 6000 mAh. Hopefully the next one will have 10000. More battery life is never a bad thing! Overall it's a good purchase and I can live with everything featured with them. The biggest issue for me is how bulky they are, the pics included on Amazon made me feel they would be smaller. When you put it in your ear there will be a huge oval shaped part sticking way out there's And I have big ears lol they still look huge in the mirror! If I could change anything I would buy a more discreet pair..... These things are bigger than my thumb tip which isn't really ideal for an earbud with no other support to hold it in.
