Easy to assemble, very handsome piece.
Very easy to assemble, it took about an hour and a half by myself. Because I have a Pillow top mattress I had to use the upper level for the headboard, thinking it was going to be awkward, it is not. Very handsome piece.

Incomplete mess
I need the hardware, legs for the bed, and instructions of how to assemble. The old bed this one was replacing has been taken apart to make room for the new bed which will now just sit in the room like 5 pieces of garbage. To top it off, the unit arrived with a damaged box which happens but now I also have ripped parts for a NEW BED.

Issues with assembly
For my order, I had difficulty putting the side frames together. I had to arch the plates at and angle to fit all the screws in and then use a soft mallet to bang in the Arch piece that came with it.Screw holes are poorly marked, A leg fell off, and one of the screws I got was too big and I'm unable to put in the correct screw.Other than that it looks nice, it's very sturdy and the rest was easy to put together. A good product for the price but be warned about any oversize screws.

the headboard need to be redesigned
We purchased this product base on its elegant design or look. It was my idea to do so. My wife and I put it together, and it took us about 3 hours. When we received it, the material on the back of the headboard was torn and requested for an exchange, the customer service worked with us and sent us a replacement and told us to keep the torn one. We enjoined doing it and made a few mistakes while putting together. The main issue with the bed is the adjustable headboard because it is slant and curved and caused the pillow to go over the headboard. As a result, it disturbs the person while sleeping due to the constant adjusting of the pillow. The manufacture has to redesign the headboard and make it less slippery so the pillow will not go over while the person is sleeping.Thanks,Mustapha

Ok but damaged.
Fair buy. Looks pretty much just as pictured. There was some damage to bed piece side that was unglued before handling which was disappointing, but I guess at this price point things wouldn’t be perfect. Still unfortunate to have to figure out how to reglue a piece that should be undamaged.

Its ok
The bed is decent. It sits low to the ground like I like. The boards for the frame are a little tricky the first time you put it together. (We recently moved) The pegs for the bottom are seriously unsteady and broke off, if not attached properly. For the money its ok. Wouldn't buy again though.
