I would give a 5 star, but the back of my phone broke when I dropped it. Maybe I should get the 3 stars after all, I dropped it.

First screen broke , they're very flimsy. Not tempered glass at all. It also doesn't fit right on the note 9.

Easy to install but falls off too easily.

Overall the product looks capable when unpacking it. I've used similar glass protectors before and this one seemed similar to those. However, the performance of this product is very poor. At the end of the day how it performs is of up most importance to me. I travel a lot and I need to know my screen is as protected as possible.I read in another review that the black around the sides of the screen was odd and took away from the curved screen appeal. It wasn't my favorite thing, but I could certainly live with it if the rest of the function was good. It appears that the stickiness of the screen is the black parts, so that means the top and sides, which is why they have the black along the sides I guess.Putting the product on was similar to other glass covers. I take very careful time and effort to get it on right and with no bubbles or other issues. When I put the first one on I could tell right away that the curved corners were not adhering properly. This only became worse with use. Trying to use the keyboard was very difficult at the edges as it wasn't making solid contact. I would have to press extra hard on the letters near the side for them to register. After 1 week the glass started to slide on the phone. I have just now installed glass #2 to see if it's any better. Already I see the same issue with the corners and I have zero confidence I will be able to get more than a week out of this cover. Easily the worst cover I've ever purchased. At this point I think I will try to go back to the film as the glass is just to hard to get seated properly.Save your money!

I've tried several different screensavers and these have held up the very best. Do yourself favor and you can't go wrong.

This protector made it almost impossible to get my screen to respond... couldn't even write a quick message! Glue made it pop off and slide a bit, too

Easy to put on but hard to make sure openings line up

The touch sensitivity is bad (even with my setting turned all the way up) and the adhesion is weak. It peeled up as soon as I put my case on. I kept it on anyways and it cracked like a day later. So I tried the other one without a case and the top peeled off like a week later. Maybe I somehow received 2 and ones.
