Awesome product. When arrived in mail was liquidated because of heat in mail box but once taken inside it started to solidify into like a cream texture. My son eczema was getting really bad that he was waking up crying. I was sooo desperate had tried so many creams & ointments but nothing was moisturizing his skin. Aquaphor just sat on his skin & would rub off easily & was very greasy. I saw on Instagram an influencer, Lola Akinkuowo, recommded this product. I gave it a try. Very moisturizing like it didn’t just sit on top of the skin like Aquaphor. We are currently on day 4 & I could tell a huge difference

I ordered this for the first time months ago and it was fine, no issues. Then I just ordered and received today and it is AWFUL. There are TONS of very fine and extremely hard pieces in it, like hard plastic. I can’t even use this on my body without all the little plastic pieces getting all over my floor and also stuck to my body. This is awful and I will never purchase this again. This is nothing like the first jar I purchased.

I’m OBSESSED with this cream. I put it on at night and have non-sticky/ greasy moisture for the entire next day. Only downside is the scent... Unscented smells like dirt and cucumbers?I added some lavender and eucalyptus oil to make it smell better.

Finally a deep moisturizer. I could wish for a better smell but Shea butter just doesn’t smell great and the orange added fragrance can only do so much. I’m fine with it since it really makes my itchy skin finally calm like nothing else has. I also use straight Shea butter but I appreciate how much softer this concoction is, especially if I’m in a hurry and don’t want to take the time to soften the butter with my hands. Pleased.

The shea butter was described and labeled as whipped on the site and on the container, but it was a hard mass when it arrived. It wouldn't even melt properly when I rubbed it into my hands after scraping off a piece.I won't buy again.

I have eczema and very sensitive skin. This moisturized my skin eithout irritating it. It also helped with the itchiness that comes with having eczema. I love the consistency, its not to thick and it is easy to rub into your skin. I use it all over my body since it doesnt irritate at all. I will definitely. Be purchasing again soon.

It goes on smoothly. I like it, I have tried different ones before and they are bumpy and hard to rub into my hands. This one leaves my hands and feet very soft, it also doesn’t have a strong smell.

Love this Shea Butter! So luxurious and smells great! Received a defective shipment once, probably melted in transport. Very easy to get it replaced.
