Big Enough for Effectiveness, But Not Too Big
This is an affordable, functional little first-aid pouch that fits perfectly inside my range bag or attaches to the outside of my day pack. I have stocked it with a CAT Tourniquet and EMT shears (attached externally thanks to the convenient MOLLE system), two Hyvent chest seals, Celox hemostatic gauze, an Israeli bandage, nasopharangeal airway, scissors, tweezers, a package of NAR regular gauze, a wide variety of gauze pads, band-aids, a triangle bandage, several pairs of rubber gloves, hand sanitizer, tweezers, bandage scissors, a handful of useful of pharmaceutical products, and a separate zip-lock "boo-boo bag" of band-aids, moleskin, alcohol pads, etc. The quality seems good—decent material, zippers, webbing and stitching—and it actually holds way more than I thought it would. It exceeded my expectations. It holds everything I need for a "serious" first aid kit, but it's not big enough that I'm tempted to load it down with extraneous crap.

Well-made and perfect sized!
We got these to be a quick field medic bag for MTB and hiking, for us and the dogs.Everything we wanted to put in there fits: a small premade bleeding control kit, shears, CAT7 and SWAT-T tqts, an Israeli bandage, and IM Epi and Diphenhydramine with syringes and alcohol swabs (I think that is everything.).Fits tight but okay in the outer pocket of our Osprey MTB backpacks. The closures and all the connection points work well.

Tons of Space!
Holds way more than I was expecting, looks great and also straps to most hiking gear with no problem. Very strong adhesion and could be used for much more than medical supplies. One minor complaint is the seemingly needless strap on top, but otherwise is great.

Perfect for my use
The perfect size with the perfect amount of room for a modest travel first aid kit. The Velcro back sticks to the wall of the back of the SUV.

First aid pack
I got this and a Molle panel to set a first aid kit up in a Toyota Tacoma. I attached the panel to the rear headrest on the driver side. Attaching the pack was easy and it seems to hold enough for my needs (scissors, some gauze pads and rolls, and some gloves). It seems to be good quality and I recommend it for basic first aid needs.

Good for an IV kit, unexpected FLUORESCENT ORANGE color
I thought I was purchasing an orange pouch, kind of a dull basic orange as pictured by the seller, but this is a bright fluorescent orange. Other than the shocking color, it it sturdy and holds well what I need for a basic IV kit. I was able to stuff in there 2 drip sets, 6 IV catheters, 3 NS flushes, 2 saline locks, 5 VCBs, alcohol pads, 3 4X4s, a roll of tape, so I'm not going to the hassle of returning it. I like the way it unfolds, although opening it requires you to move the pouch away from its Velcro base at the top, pulling the tab up as well as opening the clip before you can unzip the sides. Maybe that's what you prefer, but it's a little too long of a process for me. At least nothing is going to accidentally fall out... I should have looked at the specs more carefully, my bad.

Sturdy first aid pouch
I bought this as a gift and used it to contain an assemblage of first aid supplies. Fit everything I needed in a compact case. Case opens fully so you can see all contents. Has pockets and elastics inside to help organize and contain contents. Good value for money.

Close enough?
I was really hoping for the red background on the cross patch, but black works. I also have no idea where the American flag morale patch came from - totally useless to this blue-blood Canadian. The quality is decent, and while the pack is small, it has tons of space for first aid items. Lots of pockets and places to secre things. Overall I'm happy with it and look forward to filling it, just confused about the patches.
