Great taste, great price; just one minor complaint...
This product is delicious and inexpensive for the volume. I suspect those who complain about the cost aren't soaking it first, and aren't getting the full volume of rice as a result. I have one complaint. I keep ordering four packages, and I keep receiving only one package. I'm not being over-charged, they're just labeling the one package as if it is four, and charging me for one package. I normally eat half a package at a time. Maybe some people only use such a small amount that one package can be counted as four servings, but that's not me! Please send exactly what I order. My standing monthly order is for FOUR packages, for which I expect to be charged 4x the listed price. Please stop sending (and charging me for) ONLY ONE PACKAGE!

It is not dried shirataki, it is dried tapioca starch. NOT LOW CARB
This is not a low carb product made of shirataki. It is primariy tapioca which is NOT LOW CARB.

NOT LOW CARB
I should have read the reviews 1st! I'm not even going to try it due to the high carb count! I am searching for a low carb alternative to rice aside from cauli flower rice.

awesome!
My first time trying "shirataki rice" I mixed 1/2 of this package with 1 "rice cup" soaked for 30 min and cooked in rice cooker with the water filled to the 1.5C line. (found a recipe online) tastes great!

so rice-like, but a lot of useless calories
This is very rice-like and delicious but it also has a lot of calories, more than rice! it is easy and quick to prepare, shorter than rice.Update: I'm giving it 2 stars after looking at the nutrition label. It's basically junk food, just straight calories with no nutritional value at all. and it's high in calories! this tiny bag is what they're calling 4 servings! not sure what to do with the bags I've already bought.

Not keto
So I gave it a 4 star because it has tapioca in it and actually raises your blood sugar which on a ketogenic diet is not helpful. Otherwise I found it quite tasty with sushi.

Loved it!
The texture was exactly like traditional rice and as a diabetic I look for good products to make our favorite dishes lower in carbs. Would definitely buy again.

Not pure Shirataki noodle
The first ingredient is tapioca starch. How is that low carb. It has over 17 gram of carb for 1/3 of the package, AND the package is SMALL. For that price, it should be pure Shirataki noodle. I returned it.
