Canal Toys So Magic DIY Medium - Magic Terrarium Kit- Crystal

This is really such a fun kit and it comes out so good! So easy to put it together and fun to watch it grow. We have had the grown crystal tree sitting on the table for weeks now and even bumping into the table, it does not fall apart easily. Weeks have gone by and we are still loving how cute it is. Exciting to try other styles- the girls will love this and always important to have fun rainy day activities!

I got this for my daughter for Christmas and she loved it. Set up went well except there was no fill line for the water. We just measured the amount. We did this before bed and when she woke up her tree had grown.

My daughter loves these so I got them for her as a Christmas gift. She was not disappointed at all!

Instructions are not very clear. We used room temp water the first time (powder didn’t dissolve) waited the 12 hours and nothing happened. Next day we dipped the tree in the water and then we finally had crystals. I think where we went wrong is we needed to use hot water to make the mixture dissolve. Might grow better in sunlight too but not positive.

This was a gift for our 6 year old son. He loved it. Easy to assemble and grew in less than 12 hours.

The set up is cute buy after 12 hours there were no crystals. The paper tree absorbed water but that's about it.

We received this set and began to open it, but quickly realized that the two figures that were meant to be included were missing. The little plastic bag that I assume was meant to hold them was in the box, but it was empty. We continued to make the set and just substituted some other figures my daughter had and the kit worked wonderfully! All of my children enjoyed watching it grow and by morning it was bigger than I even expected, so besides the missing pieces, it really is a great project! I just wish the figures had been included.

My girls loved this project although they were expecting actual crystals.
