Mint Lacrosse Ball

I used this for several months to massage tight muscles I had. It worked much better than a foam roller. You just sandwich the ball between your body and the wall, and move around so it rolls around on your muscle you’re trying to massage. I chose this one because it’s latex free.

I chose this because I believe it was, at the time of purchase, made in the USA and provided by a US company. This is a quality ball I use for fascia release work. The density coupled with just enough give and the right size is what I like. I do not have any opinion on the performance in lacrosse.

Very good quality ball, no chemical or rubber odor at all which is why I had to return another brand I had purchased. Use it for physical therapy so no idea how it actually plays in the game.

Haven't had these for very long, but loving them so far. They start out a little smooth, but get better grip after the first few minutes of throwing them around.

Perfect size and hardness for working on muscles in legs, back and feet.

Great for physical therapy.

Good quality - arrived quickly.
