Does alter your leg length
Hoping to sort out the 'waddle rather than walk' after hip surgery. Since had hand surgery and haven't been able to give this product time I would like.

They do the job but move around too much!
These are good to help the heel, certainly helped relieve the pain. However, they move around too much when worn inside socks...so I cant walk around with them on much!They are actually really soft though.

Made any shoes unwearable hard and uncomfortable insoles. Returned without problems tho.

Painful
Incredibly uncomfortable. It feels like walking with a tennis ball under your foot arch. Also makes your feet rotate/roll outwards. Be wary. I highly advise against them.

These are comfortable but are all about increasing your height mainly. Really wanted insoles to help painful aching feet.
