It showed up up all crumbly and broken. Haven't put it in my tank yet as it is very fragile and broken

Although there were several larger chunks I could put in that did somewhat help clean my small, 5 gallon aquarium, the product came in millions of pieces and got charcoal all over my carpet 😞

It’s not working very good like they show in commercial

This was not worth the wait. First of all there was loose charcoal sentiment and pieces in the bag. Then after leaving it in the tank for a week, I tried to move it and the whole thing just fell apart like Ash. Product would be ok if there was a way to keep the charcoal from falling apart. Better of buying a concealed charcoal from fluval.

Cube was crumbling when I took it out. I messaged seller no response. So I cleaned it and used it. While it did improve my turtle tank some, when I took it out to rinse it out it fell apart.

Thank you for asking. When I ordered this product it was suppose to be washable. Well taking it out to ? rinse, well it tore apart. Please advise. Replacement needed. Thanks.

Arrived all broken. I put the big pieces in and they just made the water worse. Now I have to clean all the broken pieces out of my tank. Horrible.
