Perfectly sized, if you have big hot dog fingers or might not work out. But they're not tight either.

This product is really good. I put it on and I could immediately feel the comfort and protection in the wraps. It’s a very legit product and I extremely recommend it!

Today was my first day using these and already feel like a review. Used them to work the heavy bag, bench and kettlebell. Worked great. Hit the heavy bag fairly hard. Maybe 60% at times. Did not hurt my knuckles. The padding is quite big. Much bigger than previous pairs. If you really focus on turning your knuckles you get a lot of padding.I have had two other inner wraps previously that did not feel nearly as good. One set tore at the wrist without a lot of use.These feel like quality material. A girl at the boxing club had a pair which I checked out before buying. She had a large. They are tight on the fingers but not too tight. She said hers have adjusted.I am 5'10" and 230 pounds with average sized hands. They are a bit loose on the wrist but who cares cause you wrap them anyways. They felt good.I will update this review if anything changes.First update. A week into and the stitching is already pulling loose. Addee picture. Padding still feels good. Because the padding is so big it is tough to get into the glove. Minus one star.

This is a great product that works well and saves time in preparing for a boxing workout. The gel padding is excellent.

By just trying them on my fingers got red and numb. I don't want to imagine a full training with those.. at least material and straps were good, so.if you hace really thin fingers you maybe could consider the, by the contrary, don't waste your time.

I'm a training mixed martial Artist It has a disability making using Regular hand wraps difficult And in my training I Have to do different exercises and It's very easy to transition 2 different exercises while keeping my hands protected Without having to worry about regit wrapping or Spending time getting bit exactly ribit exactly right the Jill the gel over the knuckles Make it a game changer as far as safety You don't have to 2nd guess yourself you can throw full power and speed shots when necessary thanks to these hand wraps

At first, I didn’t think they would work and they looked not well-made. But they have been a great help protecting my knuckles and wrists.

Son muy lindos, son de color azul rey y son apropiados para usar cuando practicas artes marciales IMUA, el relleno es bastante y acolchó a bien tus nudillos, el único detalle malo es que siento que aprietan un poquito mis dedos, pero es súper normal porque deben ser ajustados para mantenerlos seguros:)
