Awesome! These jaws allow turning away from the chuck providing the ability of working on both sides of a bowl. The grip is solid and can be used in contraction or compression mode.

I've only used this set of jaws once so far. But, like all the other jaw sets for the Supernova 2 chuck, it worked flawlessly to hold the piece of wood I was turning without any slippage at all. Installs on the chuck very easily, just make sure the numbers stamped into the metal match with the places marked on the chuck itself.

As with ALL Nova Jaw sets, this long nose set of jaws works perfectly! Nicely constructed and finished and should last a lift time! The extra long nose of the jaws permits 'close in' work where otherwise not available in certain applications. Highly recommend this set of jaws.

Love this product, Teknatool Nova tools are made very well and am pleased with every one of their products I have. I use these extended jaws to work the back side of bowls and other lathe pieces I make. Especially great for finishes, you can work almost the whole project at one time.

Can’t have a nuff chucks and jaws

Works great on the Nova chuck and am glad I added these jaws to the 3 Nova chucks I already have
