Combination of good and bad.
These amplifiers improved my hearing, so performance was not an issue. Six batteries were included, and each of the three pair had a life of about 8-hours. That is unacceptable. After about 6-hours of usage, batteries cut in and out. Opening and closing battery door restarted the amplifiers for a short time. Overall, these amplifiers are unsatisfactory.

Best Hearing Amplifiers I've Tried
These hearing amplifiers have dramatically changed my life. They have much better audio than any of the models I have tried in the past from Amazon and are better than my $2000 hearing aids I had 5 years ago. The batteries last several days with constant use and I hardly notice that I’m wearing them. My favorite thing about these amplifiers is that they are small and discreet and most people never know I’m wearing them. Highly recommended!

Poor fit, doesn’t amplify enough, will return.
As you may see in the pictures, they don’t fit inside the ear. They fit like earbuds. And even the smallest bud was too big for my ear, although I managed to make it stay long enough to try.I already have expensive digital hearing aids, but one is broken, so I purchased these so maybe I can compensate till I get it fixed. But these will not work for me, for two reasons, besides the poor fit. One, if you plug your ears and go la la la, that’s how it sounds if you talk while they’re in. Your own voice is too loud. And two, these must be for very, very mild hearing loss. My hearing loss is moderate but not extreme. My digital hearing aids use open domes to allow sound through because I can still hear at certain ranges. However, I had to turn the volume all the way up on this one to hear even close to the same volume as the other ear. But then, as I said, my own sounds overpowered anything else. Also, there is nowhere in any documentation that says what type of batteries they take. I had to get reading glasses and read an included battery to find out.So, bottom line, I have to return them.If you are serious about getting something to help you hear better, and for whatever reason you don’t get them through your doctor, don’t get anything this cheap....oh and it seems like they spent more on the metal card to remind you to register, than the product itself!

Horrible product
I ordered this product for my dad a month ago, he does not wear them anymore. They are very bulky and uncomfortable. The batteries died by the end of the day, he takes them out at night so they last longer and put them back in the morning but at the end of the day he have to put new batteries. Now I can't returned them because I did not submitted the guarantee with in 48 hrs as they instruct you to do, Another thing my Dad mentioned is that he hears echo and can't hear very well. Waist of my money.

Everyone needs these!
I'm a college student so I order stuff from Amazon All. The. Time. But I can honestly say I never thought I'd be ordering a hearing aid or amplifier or whatever you want to call it. not for myself at least! I actually found this listing when I couldn't hear what one of my profs was saying in class and got out my phone to Google a solution to my problem (gesh could I possibly sound more millennial??). These looked pretty inconspicuous and were inexpensive enough so I ordered them. Holy crap I just wish I'd done it sooner! I had no idea how much stuff I was missing out on hearing. TBH this is actually my second pair because I wanted to be sure I had a pair in my dorm and a pair in my bag to take with me to class. And now all my friends are ordering them too lol.

Odd boxy design makes them uncomfortable to wear, keep falling off
Ok product for the price, but like other similar products they function as sound amplifiers as opposed to actual “hearing” aids. I could hear a coin hitting the wood floor clearly from 35 feet away, but couldn’t clearly understand a person talking from 10 feet away. None of the selectable adjustments made any difference. In addition, due too their “boxy” design the devices don’t wrap around my ear enough to keep them from constantly falling off.

Excellent product
Would have given 5 👂(ear's) except for:1. Battery dranes even if turned off or batterys are weak (I'm using new batterys.)2. Ear tubes appear to be to short in length. Maybe 1-2 mms.Cannot keep ear buds in, tried all sizes.I LIKE THE PRODUCT!with these minor adjustments I would gladly purchase again.(May your business prosper as you soul prospers.)

Great for the money, and NO problems.
(Husband) Got the Hearing Amplifers a few weeks ago and the are the best that I have bought. It takes a while to get them set for your ears. Now I can hear everything on television, and I can hear the WIFE...they are a life saver!!NO batteries to buy, built very good, and they are great! You will be able to hear everything!
