Excellent wine however it’s awkward how a case of 12 is here is selling for £115 pounds and back in Portugal a single bottle is selling for under 5 euros in any supermarket ,serious rip off ..do not buy it from here ...

Perfekter Sommerwein
2015 bei einem Besuch in Porto bin ich zufällig auf „Green Wine“, also Vinho Verde gestoßen.Normalerweise bin ich kein Fan von Weißweinen, da Weißweine wie Chardonnay, meiner Meinung nach, einen langanhaltenden, unangenehmen Nachgeschmack auf der Zunge hinterlassen.Man kennt Portugal ja auch eher für seine Portweine, die mir mit 19-22% aber zu „kräftig“ sind.Vino Verde dagegen ist leicht und gehört üblicherweise ins „untere Preis/Qualitätssegment“.Mir ist die allgemeine Meinung aber egal. Der Wein hat nur ein ganz leichtes zitrusfruchtiges, leicht sauer-süßliches Aroma und in Kombination mit dem niedrigen Alkoholgehalt (9,5%) und dem prickeln von etwas Kohlensäure ist der Wein, gekühlt auf 7-8c°, perfekt als leichtes, süffiges Getränk für warme Sommerabende.
