With a bad knee and a bad back I get a lot of use from this on travel. Opened it works great against my sore back and has gotten me through some long plane rides. Closed and it is great for my knee. It gets too hot for my comfort when on the “high” setting; medium is plenty hot. One suggestion is to offer extra battery packs. With 2 batteries I would have no concerns about the battery life. I toy with the idea of getting a second unit but balk at adding more to my suitcase. Good product that I recommend to friends and family.

I gave this item an unfair review (see below). Since then I've paid more attention. First, the battery on low lasts several hours. My fault was that to secure the brace I was attaching the top strap over the temperature control - that is where it naturally goes on my size leg. It seems the pressure of the strap was changing the temperature to a higher mode burning the battery more quickly. I've tried to be more careful to attach the top strap above partially above the control so I can see the color. Yes, it has changed temperature on its own but I see the color change and change it back. As for time to charge, it is closer to 3.5 than 4 hours.As for comfort, it is not as comfortable as the knee sleeves but considering there is a battery and three straps, it is reasonable.Does it help my knee? Maybe. It does feel a little better but this is not a clean experimental design. In addition to possible placebo effect, I'm doing other variable like doctor recommended exercises and taking glucosamine chondroitin.Here is my first review. Sorry about that. "Even on low heat, the battery doesn't last but 2 hours at most. Takes about 4 hours to charge."

Like everyone else I look at the price first and then read what that product can do for me and then read the reviews. I ordered this item because of high reviews.It arrived fast and since I have s a sharp pain in my right knee I immediately put it to work after inspecting and making sure it's I'd free from damages.Knee support is very easy to work with. I examined all three power buttons all of them worked beautifully. My comfort zoon is 75. Knee support works better with long pants onIt worked a very long time with battery on. Then needed recharging. It took one hour to recharge. I am very satisfied with this product. It eased my pain . I highly recommend it. For what it does the price is very reasonable

I don't even know where to begin! I have chronic knee pain and this product is heaven sent! I have used heating pads, ice, rubs, cbd, Rx rubs, ointments, pills, shots- you name it I've tried it! Now this won't cure your knee pain but it will make you be able to get out of bed or out of your chair when your knee is killing you!It puts off enough heat to subdue the pain much like a heating pad but you can strap this on and move around! Your not tied to an electrical plug in!The battery on medium will last several hours, on high will get hot enough that you definitely know it's there!Only complaint is I wish the pouch that the battery fits into had some sort of a strap that would secure the battery! Sometimes it will push out or when I take it off the battery will fall out but that's only a minor setback!I absolutely love this thing, best $40 I have ever spent! EVER! Just wish I had bought it years ago!

It worked well before the inside of the battery puffed out and broke the casing. The battery was not plugged in or in use at the time. The manufacturer does not offer replacement batteries, so the entire wrap is no longer useable--in just a few months.

I was very disappointed in this product, specifically the heating feature that was the reason I bought it. It just doesn't generate enough heat or last long enough to help much. Even on the Medium of three settings, the heat is barely detectable. The High setting is required to get enough heat to make a difference, and then the charge only lasts for about 10 minutes. The description of heat lasting up to six hours must refer to the Low setting, which would be insignificant. Apparently you can plug it AC directly, but that seems pretty impractical. If you have to sit in one place while using it, you might as well get the benefit of a conventional heating pad. The design of the heating feature seems quite good. The battery slides easily into and out of a small pocket that is close to the small cable that hooks up to it. It just doesn't do enough once hooked up.At the same time, the structure of the brace is basically ok. It's reasonable easy to apply, is fairly comfortable, and does provide pretty good support. But you can get all that from simpler knee braces that cost a lot less. If someone could improve the heat factor, it could be a great product. But as is, it's just an overpriced basic knee brace.

I bought this for my grandma. She has knee pain for long time. This product helps her relief her knee pain a lot. The great function is the movable power. After the battery charged, she inserts the battery in the heater pad, and go anywhere she wants to go without the power code. This is very nice function. It has three modes, Red=100% Power, White=75% power, and Blue=25% power. If you want to turn it off then hold down the power button. It is very easy to operate for the old people. Great!
