Due to the price & # of pills/day (6!) I resisted taking this. My naturopath & I tried several combinations of supplements & diet to manage my perimenopause & PTSD, but my mood swings didn't settle down until I started taking these. Now, I can't live without them.

I see that the formulators actually put a lot of thought into this supplement. It is easy to assimilate and has all the right nutrients for me. I do have digestive issues so some supplements don't work for me. This one does. Highly recommended.

My Dr. suggested I try this brand of multi vitamins. They are carefully made so your body can use more of the vitamins, minerals. I feel good. It’s early, I’ve only been on them a couple of weeks, but I don’t get tired so fast. 👍🏻

It was tampered with so I will not be taking them. They are not available for returns so it is a huge waste.

I'm giving this review 4 stars because the Women's Optimal Balance vitamins are pretty good. But not as good as the Daily Essential Nutrient Vitamins by Hardy. Those cost more and are more potent than the Women's Optimal Balance. I tried these because they cost half the price of the DEN and pretty much does half the job. Although I will say, I switched back to my cheaper vitamins and they had the same affect as the DEN. So overall, these are decent but doesn't do much more than your $30 vitamins from Whole Foods.

I love these vitamins! I’ve never felt more like myself! I used to drag and was completely exhausted. Taking these supplements has improved my day to day like I never thought possible. I’ve taken A LOT of different supplements, these are amazing!

It is only when friends and coworkers notice how calm I am and remark upon it that I know it is this formula doing its job. I love it!
