First update- 2/15/24 these belts get a decent amount of use and they still look good and the clasp has no issues. they do not get hard use, they still look good and I can wear them with normal clothes.I use these as just normal belts, not duty belts. I wear them daily and they seem well made. The metal clasps seem solid and operate nicely. The clasps are wide- they will fit through jeans but it can be a tight squeeze. Some pants these won't fit through (like khakis don't work).

I have always been one to pop my belts. Granted I havent really spent money on a good leather 3 hole ass whooping special like my Dad used to wear. These seat belt material type belts really hold up to my belly and end of the day loose fitting pants. They dont give an inch during the day, really snug if you want it from sagging. Thats what I wanted. Only draw back is some of my shorts belt loops arent wide enough to pass these thru. Make sure you double check that width. A++ quality belts

Nice belt depending on use.Good tactical application and outdoors product.However, I won't be using for every day belt. For some reason it doesn't want to sit flush, it's a little bit of a pain to cinch down, and the design of the strap loop causes the loop side to flare out a bit. Also this is not very security friendly if you need to remove for metal detectors, as it must be disassembled to remove, which means non stitched buckle end, since the buckle is too large for belt loops, and need not to lose the tail restraint. So not an overly quick process, and the strap catch tends to get stuck a bit, right out of the box. But, I'll still keep the belts for particular uses, as the strap is rigid, looks nice, and the mechanism is nice.

After the military, I am accustomed to a good quality utility uniform style belt. One that goes the extra mile. This belt here is by far a top quality belt. You can get great belts elsewhere but at much greater cost. At this price for two of these set the bar high. This belt keeps my piston on my waist all day here in west Texas. There is no deformation due to weight on eyelet holes from your buckle since it removes the holes to give you an after steak dinner adjustment buckle. MY FOREVER BELT. WELL DONE

Definitely not cheap or flimsy.

The slide nylon keep loosens over time and ravels on the end. I've had NO issues with the buckle and seems well made

I have had issues for years with the declining quality and durability of leather belts. I have been looking for an alternative, a belt that was infinitely adjustable, and had the durability for use in work pants as well as the appearance to allow it to be used for casual wear. These belts meet exactly what I need. They were a bit long when I received them, but the beauty of these belts is that you can adjust the length simply by cutting off excess length. Just be sure to seal the cut end. These belts can be cinched as tightly as needed to hold my pants up and hold tools I carry on my belt. And when my needs change as the day goes along, it’s a snap to make adjustments. Overall, a very good value for the money. I would definitely recommend these belts.

These are really nice belts. I purchased a set which included blue and black belts and two clasps, one metal and the other plastic. Both appear to be quite strong and the belts are reasonably fashionable. At a little over $6 per belt I consider this a great purchase.The metal clasp/buckle is pretty heavy. Heavier than I expected. If I were to purchase this product again, there are versions at Amazon which include two plastic clasps, and I would probably opt for one of those. The plastic clasp bears the YKK mark and having been an avid backpacker I know that YKK plastic buckles, fasteners and clasps are top notch products unlikely to fail in even heavy use.The metal clasp/buckle works fine. But it is heavy enough that if you pick up a pair of shorts made of a synthetic material (for example) and if the shorts were previously threaded with this belt, the metal clasp is heavy enough to cause the belt to start unthreading itself from those shorts. The bottom line is that the metal clasp is significantly heavier than a more traditional metal belt buckle. But it is certainly much better than some thin piece of metal which might fail in use.Anyway, I am sufficiently pleased with this product to give it a well-deserved five star review. But I would go with the plastic clasps/buckles if I were to buy it again. Any maybe I will. I could use another brown or tan belt :)
