Great product I'm very pleased with the versatility and ease of use. I have both sizes 6 and 8 quart. I can not say enough … awesome dinners in a fraction of the time. The ribs are fall off the bone wonderful, a whole chicken beautifully golden brown and juicy and the cheesecake is to die for !! We also use our cooker when we are camping what an added convenience.

Used this for the first time tonight and ate the most delicious ribs for dinner! Out of the box and dinner on the table in under an hour. Can’t wait to use this again!

The product speaks for itself. What is important is that ALL the accessories are included with this offer. You can buy the pressure air fryer with the 2 lids and no accessories. This offer includes: the glass lid for crock pot operation; the stainless basket; the steamer tray; the 2 level rack; the sauté pan; and the cheese cake pan. Bought separately these are usually $20 each. The source for my order was InnovationIQ. It is obvious that not all vendors are supplying the same set of accessories.

Disappointed received today did not come with the cake pans as shown in the pictures also did not receive the stainless steel mesh crisping basket or the stainless steel stacking rack / tray only received one single rack. The inner pot is not the stainless steel pot as shown in the picture. It's coated. Which means it will scratch. This was my husband's early Christmas gift. No t sure if we'll be returning it. Sellers shouldn't sell something and then send something different.

I just got my cooker today I did not get everything I ordered. The accessories that where also ordered. The stainless steel pan the deep fryer pan and the shelf . Are missing with my order .

I haven't used it yet. I'm upset that I paid extra for the extended package, I'm missing the mesh basket and double rack, those items were not in the box. So that limits what I can cook with it. So I'm really bummed. Wish I could get those items I paid for.

Description of the product was false and when contacted seller they would not make it right. So we returned the item and will not recommended these products due to unsatisfactory Customer Service.
