Bought this after using a supermarket brand for years that discontinued my usual red shade.Didn't really know what I was doing - bought this, and then realised per the instructions that it needed to be mixed with a developer. Bought a bottle of peroxide developer cream and a mixing bowl kit and applied at home, and it gave a great result. Shinier and healthier looking than my old box dyes. Won't go back to using them now.

Not Flame Red Scarlet
Happy with the way the colour has taken - make sure you buy the developer to go with this dye. Disappointed with the colour I have become - much more orangey than red which is what I expected from something called Flame Red Scarlet. If you don't mind your hair colour too much this works OK.
