Nothing is uniform.
I had to return as I found out this would not fit. It seems ok, lightweight which to me equals fragile not sure how it would hold up long term. Each hole has a different sized requirement which is too bad because that’s why I couldn’t use it in the existing.

Missing part
I like the style but the part was missing covid had me down since the order so I finally went to install it but cannot find the part it was not there. Water mixer missing.

In the process of installation, a lot of accessories are needed. It took a lot of time to complete the installation. When using it, the water is very small. It is strongly not recommended.

Missing parts. Broken base at faucet.
The parts were loose and some missing. The brass down pipe was to short for tile, plywood and fiberboard.

Hand wand issue
Easy to install, looks greatDon't love the wand, because when you're finished using it, you return it to the upright position and water drains out and down into the hole in the tub where the house comes thru, will it be enough to accumulate to be an issue? I don't know, so we leave it upside down in the tub to let water drain out before for a while before returning it to upright position. Very petty, but something to think about
