We were quite disappointed in this product. The instructions were so small you couldn't read them without a magnifying glass. The second line read in bold letters, "We apologize for the problems you will have e.g. (not working or other technical issues.)" Really?! Amazon needs to take this item off the Prime list.Returned for refund.

Accidentally found this product when my memory space was running out on my iPhone. I store some 1080p video on the flash drive, then I can watch it on my phone without any lag on the video. It does support the traditional Chinese so it was easy for me to use it. The only thing I think is not quite good enough is that I have to press on the click so the lightning or USB will not move around. But this is an advantage of the product also because it can switch to the side you want to insert with your laptop or phone. It supports the Lightning, USB 3.0, Type-C, micro USB. Did not expect that it can support that much.
