Quality seems descent, let's see how it holds up with time and use. You need to buy bolts for it, only comes with two and you will need four, at least on the Dyna models. The bolts are 3/8 coarse thread 2 inch long. You will nee to buy 4 to have all met hinges bolts and it's quite annoying to have to stop working and go get hardware that is supposed to be included. There are zero instructions, I will try to attach a picture of it mounted.

The price is ok compared to others except that you have to buy 2 extra bolts to complete the install. Having prime allowed me to save time on delivery but had to stop in the middle of the install to get hardware that should already be included. Both holes are threaded as well which continues to beg the question why aren't the other 2 bolts included? I also had to flip the brackets because they are longer than the stock ones and stick out. Good thing my plan was to remove my turn signals in the first place otherwise I would have had to drill the threaded portion out and grind the bracket down to hide it under my fender.

Have 04 dyna Lowrider put on inside fender used grade a strength bolts made it work

If you plan on putting this on by yourself you will need to purchase two more extra screws because they only send two and the screws that come off your bike are too short
