Great size for travel
Great for travel!! Most travelers realize that portable irons are not allowed on cruise ships etc but this steamer is and it gets rid of wrinkles!

Stopped working in 3 days
I was going on vacation for 2 weeks, the steamer stopped steaming and started leaking after just 3 days. When it worked it was great but it only lasted a few days.

It produces steam, but there's some concerns here as well
I travel a lot and while the hotels have irons in the rooms, many of my blouses do much better steamed vs. ironed. I have a full size Conair steamer at home with a plastic front plate which works wonderfully, but I certainly can't lug that about for travel.I read all of the instructions and filled the water tank using the provided cup that shows where the max fill line is. I did not see a max fill line on the reservoir tank itself. I plugged it in and let it warm up for 30 seconds as it says on the machine.Upon turning it on, there was vibration and humming, which the instructions say is completely normal, although extremely off putting. I chose a linen tunic blouse since it's generally very easy to steam. (It gets hung up to dry so it's not overly wrinkled to start with) The steam output was sufficient, however the metal front plate where the steam comes out of gets extremely hot, and I have serious concerns about using this particular steamer on some of my blouses as I already ruined one J. Crew blouse by accidentally getting the metal from an iron too close to it while attempting to "steam" it in my hotel. Since this has a front metal plate, I foresee the same issue and won't be risking my more delicate blouses to test that theory.Despite the high temperature and amount of steam, it still took more effort with this steamer than with my at home steamer, which I really wasn't expecting because in this instance, I thought the metal front plate would be a help to smoothing out the texture of the shirt. The steam from the steamer, with the recommended amount of water, lasted exactly 7 minutes, not 10 minutes or more. The cord of this steamer makes it impractical to use on curtains unless you use an extension cord, or unless you have curtains hung very low. I attempted to steam my living room curtains but the cord simply isn't long enough to reach from the wall outlet to the top of the curtains. I have 9 foot ceilings, the curtains are hung approximately 6 inches from the ceiling. I got the bottom parts, some of the middle, and that was it. And this was the curtain hung directly over an outlet, so all that had to be done was to go directly up. A longer, retractable cord at the base would be a huge help.My biggest issue is how hot the unit gets. Yes, I understand that it's a steamer and it's supposed to get extremely hot, but it took 50 minutes in an air conditioned room before it had cooled down enough to be put away, and it's still slightly warmer than body temperature. To me, that's a potential safety concern as well as an inconvenience since you have to allow time for the steamer to cool before packing it away. It normally takes a standard iron about 30 minutes to cool down enough to be put away after you've used it on the steam setting. How hot this stayed long after it was unplugged is very concerning and I feel like this is a potential safety hazard. Also, the booklet that came with the steamer says there's a 1 year warranty on the product, not a 3 year warranty, and while they say to contact them with any issues, there is NO contact information anywhere on the booklet, or on the machine. The positives are that it is indeed small enough to travel with, it does generate a decent amount of steam, it did not spit any water whatsoever and did not leak if I held it at different angles. HOWEVER, between the vibration and humming, and how hot it stays after being unplugged, the discrepancy between the product description on the site saying it has a 3 year warranty and the booklet that comes with it stating it's a 1 year warranty, and the metal plate being too hot to come into contact with more delicate fabrics, I cannot recommend this particular steamer as a good choice for busy travelers looking to keep their wardrobe refreshed and damage free.

Love It !!!!
I love this steamer. It's small enough to be portable but it works just like a big one. You can easily pack this in your suitcase or duffel bag when you're traveling. All you need is water and and an outlet when you get there. So it's portable but not wireless. It takes only 30 seconds for it to heat up and then you can start steaming your clothes. It took me all of 3 minutes to get all the wrinkles out of my satin work shirt. Pictures above. It does get really hot, so it will take some time for it to cool off when you're finished. You can't just pack it up right way after use, because it will need a little while to cool off.I would recommend this to anyone. My son is always complaining about his shirts being wrinkled, so this will just stay in the closet.
